As constant as the Wind, political sex scandals are always happening. There was a bit of a lull after the Anthony Weiner scandal, but summer is nearly over and we needed a new one. This one comes from our friends in Puerto Rico.
Roberto Arango, a Republican Senator, resigned yesterday over the release of lewd photos of himself that were reportedly seen on Grindr, a social/hook-up smartphone app popular with gay men. When the story broke last week, Senator Arango said that he may have taken the photos of himself, since he was documenting his recent weight loss. However, when pressed by reporters on weather or not he posted the photos on Grindr, he had no comment.
