OMG, GOP!!! Figure it out, already!!!

The Republicans are (still) trying to figure out just what went wrong during the 2012 elections.  Was it Romney's lack of personality?  Was it a cultural clash on social issues?  Was it a demographics shift - similar to the one I wrote about last month (read it here)?  Their's plenty of blame to go around, and as the GOP tries to find itself, the blame-game continues.

And it's getting ugly.

I don't mean to continue to dump on Republicans, but until they figure out how to move forward with a cohesive message, our nation is left without a competent conservative political party to counter progressives and contribute effectively to the national debate.  To me, that's a disservice to the American people.

Maggie Haberman at Politico wrote a piece describing the unholy chaos that the blame-game is causing in Republican political circles.  It is a scathing and unflattering view of GOP infighting.  Read it by clicking on the link below.

2012 blame game: Will it ever end?
